  Good medium-sized Church. It's not too small for those who want something that's well-established, and not too big for those that hate the 'mega-church' vibe (which you can get from the church across the street, if that floats your boat). It was a bit hectic at first, as they were getting a new Pastor in. He finally arrived at about our 4th month, but he seemed inexperienced. But he got in the groove eventually and he's a pretty good guy and a good speaker.
  
  Life groups are great. I don't know about the 1-star lady; sounds like she just had personality clashes or something. I wouldn't give the church such a low rating because of that; every church is full of questionable people. You're just best to avoid them if at all possible.
  
  I took a star off because I don't believe the Church has a vision that aligns with mine. Their service programs are outstanding; they do a lot for the community. However they seem complacent with their size. I may be completely off on this assumption, but I haven't heard of any plans to expand at all. The Sanctuary is quite full during Sunday services, and there's just not enough room for the amount of ministries they run.
  
  For the most part, the staff seems friendly and do well at minding their business. I personally have not witnessed/felt any problems with gossip and/or judgement. They are very good about bringing people to Christ, and that's really what matters! And also, the AWANA program is FANTASTIC!!

  When my husband and I first got stationed at Scott AFB we wanted to find a church and church family to surround us where we did not have anyone. We liked the church and the pastor but made a mistake by joining a small group. From that small group came judgement, no respect, lies, and gossip. We attended the church for 2 years and then we're stationed else where. It seemed as long as you don't get involved you're good, but that's not what church is about. I would give this church no stars if I could.

  Awesome church to worship God. Easy to understand teachings. Caring staff. Great kids programs. Amazing worship music. I love this church.
